Held: A morning with Women

I am Love Organics, Supper Club, Aluve, In time Incense, and Sara Saele presents; Held: A Morning with Women—a nourishing and intimate gathering centred on embodiment, reflection, and safety. 

- A gentle yoga, breath-work, and body drop-in session with Yoga Teacher, Sara Saele. Drop into your womb, and your energetic body, to feel more grounded in your feminine. 
- Group conversation + collective reflection guided by WOI, Aluve & I am Love Organics. We will collaborate and discuss what it is to be safe seen and held in the female body. How to foster safety in ourselves, our pleasure, and bodies, and our surroundings. 
- A letter-writing ritual with Words of Inspiration's Lovers Cards
-  A nourishing, seasonal brunch by Supper Club Byron Bay
- A warm, welcoming space to feel grounded, seen, and supported

This is a space to reconnect with yourself, explore what it means to truly feel safe, and be held in community with other women.
